Bishop James E. Swanson Sr. announces the appointment of Rev. Victoria Sizemore Baldwin as district superintendent to the Hattiesburg District effective July 1, 2021.

Although Baldwin’s official tenure as district superintendent begins July 1, she will begin meeting with the cabinet for on-boarding purposes.
Baldwin was born and raised in Mt. Vernon, New York and graduated from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts. She also obtained a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School in Durham, North Carolina.
Ordained as a deacon in 1991 and later as an elder in 1992—both in the Mississippi Conference—Baldwin served in churches located in the Brookhaven, Seashore, West Jackson and Hattiesburg Districts. Additionally, she served as the Senatobia District Superintendent for seven years.
Baldwin is married to Conrad Baldwin, who is the owner of Data Drivers, LLC. She is the mother of adult twins—Courtney and Benita Tandy, and grandmother of Corey Tandy and Kai Tandy.
Baldwin is coming out of retirement, gratefully to serve the Hattiesburg District. She has been working with Kim Kay and the Hattiesburg District Leadership Team since coming to the District in 2010.
