Recipe: Taco Dip


1 can black beans
2 cans chili beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can fiesta corn
1 can white corn
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1-2 cans Rotel tomatoes (based on preference)
1 sm. to med. onion, diced
1 lg. bag tortilla scoops

Brown ground beef with taco mix and onion until tender, drain grease, pour into soup pot or crock pot. Add all other ingredients, heat stirring occasionally. Optional toppings: Green onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole. Eat and enjoy!
