Methodist Tested Recipe 05/06/2009



Fruit Pizza
1 roll of pkg. sugar cookie dough, softened
 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
1 1/2 bananas, sliced
1 medium can pineapple tidbits
Seedless grapes, halved
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Lemon Juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 1/2 T. water
Spread sugar cookie dough in a pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cookie. Dip fruit in lemon juice to keep from turning brown. Place each piece of fruit in circle on top of cream cheese mixture. Mix marmalade and water. Pour over fruit. Let the pizza chill. Serves 8 to 10.
