Recipe: Crawfish Pasta


Crawfish Pasta

1 pkg. frozen crawfish tails (with fat)
1 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
3 bunches green onions
1 jar artichoke hearts
2 small cans chopped black olives
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 pkg. fresh or 1 Iarge can mushrooms
1 Iarge box pasta
Desired usage of spices

Reconstitute tomatoes according to package directions; chop and set aside. Saute chopped green onions in Dutch oven or like pan along with frozen tails (do not drain off fat). Add tomatoes, artichokes, olives, Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and spices (I use garlic powder, salt and pepper). Cook pasta according to directions and serve. Parsley, fresh or dried, is a nice garnishment. This is so simple and a real crowd pleaser. You may double or triple recipe and it freezes well. French bread and white wine goes well with this dish.
