Purchase an Ad in the 2023 Souvenir Journal

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 13, 2023

Churches, colleges, small groups, businesses and organizations are welcome to purchase ads in the Circuit Rider Souvenir Journal. We also welcome congratulations for ordinands and retirees and honorable recognitions for clergy, district superintendents and Bishop Lewis.

The Circuit Rider Souvenir Journal will serve as a go-to guide for the 2023 Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference happenings and close-by points of interest. Additionally, it will highlight the mission and ministry happening throughout the Mississippi United Methodist Conference.

Deadline for Ad Placement:

Ads Requiring Design and Layout: Thursday, April 27, 2023 by 3:00 p.m. Email information to mjohnson@mississippi-umc.org.
Print Ready Ads: Thursday, May 4, 2023 by 3:00 p.m. Email to mjohnson@mississippi-umc.org for file upload instructions.

More than 2,000 people from around the state attend this conference annually and take this publication back to their local churches in addition to sharing its digital version—giving this publication a potential reach of approximately 180,000 Mississippi United Methodists.

Publication Date:
At least 2,000 will be printed BEFORE the 2023 Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference and will be distributed from the beginning of registration to the close of the annual conference session Friday, June 30 at noon. One souvenir journal will be included in each member’s annual conference materials packet.

Those who have a booth at annual conference session can increase their foot traffic by purchasing an ad in the 2023 Circuit Rider Souvenir Journal.

When you purchase a booth for the 2023 Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference, increase your reach and engagement by purchasing an advertisement in the Circuit Rider Souvenir Journal that gives readers an incentive to stop by your booth. Perhaps you have a free ‘happy’ at your booth that readers can redeem by showing persons at your booth the advertisement. Maybe lay and clergy can come by and pick up some free literary material on your organization at your booth after seeing your ad in the Circuit Rider Souvenir Journal.
