Chat and Chew with Bishop Lewis

Dear Mississippi Annual Conference Clergy and Laity,

I'd like to invite you to a time of conversation, worship and a fellowship meal at one of the “Chat and Chews with Bishop Lewis" in your district. I look forward to seeing and meeting you, as well as sharing some things about myself as we fellowship. In order to be mindful of everyone's schedule, the Chat and Chews are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

You are welcome to join me at another Chat and Chew if you are unable to attend the one held for your district. Please RSVP to the district office you plan to attend for the fellowship meal. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLERGY
*All clergy are required to attend one of the scheduled "Chat and Chews with Bishop Lewis."
Wednesday Schedule – Clergy are requested to arrive at 4 p.m. and are welcome to stay through the fellowship meal, which will end around 7 p.m.
Saturday Schedule – Clergy are requested to arrive at 10 a.m. and are welcome to stay through the fellowship meal, which will end around 1 p.m.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAITY
Wednesday Schedule – Laity are requested to arrive at 5:30 p.m. and we will close out with prayer around 8:30 p.m.
Saturday Schedule - Laity are requested to arrive at 11:30 a.m. and we will close out with prayer around 2:30 p.m.
