The Judicial Council received a request during the special called session of General Conference at the end of February this year to review the constitutionality of some of the petitions related to the Traditional Plan. Their session has now ended and the Judicial Council has found that while some provisions of the Traditional Plan that were adopted at the recent General Conference remain unconstitutional, the rest of the plan is valid as church law.
