The Seashore District is excited to offer a virtual training opportunity for each church to train it's leadership for 2021. This training is a series of user-friendly videos that will orient each leader to his/her new position.  The videos include: Spiritual Leadership, Safe Sanctuary, SPRC/PPRC, Finance and Trustees.  There are other resources in the Administry section that committees might find helpful.    

All leadership training is to be completed prior to March 1, 2021.  It is up to each church as to how to conduct the training.  Be creative!  Host a Zoom Watch Party; send out to each committee then zoom to discuss.  There are many ways to have the training.  Should a church decide to have in-person viewings, all CDC/state guidelines are to be followed.  Each church decide what is best for its congregation.
