About the position
This is advanced-level vocational work which involves performing a variety of complex administrative duties in developing and carrying out departmental programs. The work includes responsibility for analyzing administrative problems, and requires independent judgment in the interpretation, application and enforcement of statutes, rules, regulations, and policies.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR| PROJECT COORDINATOR
Administration

  • Process Payments (Credit Card reconciliation)
  • Equipment Ordering
  • Grant Processing Oversight
  • Arranging travel and accommodations
  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Managing, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
Tool/Resource Management
  • Vital Signs (data collection program)
  • MissionInsite (statistical database) administration
  • Readiness 360 (Revitalization Survey tool)
  • Real Discipleship Survey
Calendar Committee
  • Calendar coordination
 Database/Website/Email
  • Faith Community Formation (FCF) and Advocacy Team webpages management
  • FCF and Advocacy Team Email Coordinator
  • Faith Notes Newsletter editor
  • FCF and Advocacy Team Registrar
 Training/Consultation - As needed
 
Liaising with staff in other departments
 
And all other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong computer skills; excellent communication skills; people skills; diligent; punctual; loyalty; organized and detail oriented; able to work with others; self-starter - able to work on own; flexible and open to change; customer service skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Preferred:
At least a BA/BS degree
Two to three years administrative experience in an office setting
