From Jackson, go east on I-20 to the Forest (highway 35) exit. Go off to the right, turn left at light. At next light turn right, go to end of road and turn right again. Go 4 miles and there is a sign on the right, turn there and go up a very steep hill. High Hill truly earns its name!
