Clergy and laity are encouraged to attend this opportunity to meet and greet Bishop Sharma D. Lewis. Some of the Chat and Chews are scheduled on Wednesdays and some will be held on Saturdays so that there are weekend and weekday options. In order to accommodate everyone desiring to participate in fellowship and food, RSVP with the district office if you plan on joining us for the meal. *All clergy are required to attend one of the scheduled Chat and Chew with Bishop Lewis events.
Wednesday Schedule – Clergy are requested to arrive at 4 p.m. and are welcome to stay through the fellowship meal, which will end around 7 p.m.
Saturday Schedule – Clergy are requested to arrive at 10 a.m. and are welcome to stay through the fellowship meal, which will end around 1 p.m.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAITY
Wednesday Schedule – Laity are requested to arrive at 5:30 p.m. and we will close out with prayer around 8:30 p.m.
Saturday Schedule - Laity are requested to arrive at 11:30 a.m. and we will close out with prayer around 2:30 p.m.
