Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ’s Service,
The 21st century brings new and daunting challenges to pastors. The expectations placed on pastors increase every year as we seek to serve the Kingdom of Christ. With this in mind, the Board of Ordained Ministry’s Committee for Pastoral Growth and Development is listening to pastors actively serving churches as well as lay people regarding what will be most helpful to pastors as they seek to serve Christ and the Church.
The Board of Ordained Ministry plans to help coordinate continuing education and other growth opportunities within the aspects of ministry that our clergy and laity believe will most enhance the growth and development of pastors and the churches they serve. We want to hear from you!
