United Methodist Men
The men of the local church are the heart of the Mississippi United Methodist Men's program. The sole purpose of the conference organization is to deepen the spiritual lives of men in the church and to assist the district and local church organizations. Our most important function is to act as an action channel for men in their quest for Christian service.
Our objectives are to provide inspiration, leadership, and support to the district and local church UM Men's fellowships. As conference leaders, all officers of United Methodist Men are to seek the guidance of Jesus Christ in their lives and the performance of their duties.
Any male within the Mississippi Conference may become a member of the conference United Methodist Men's organization, whether his local church has an organized or chartered UMM fellowship or not.
