Training for New Children's Ministers

12/29/2015

From Discipleship Ministries

How long have you served as a children’s minister? Less than one year? Less than two years? Less than three years? Do you feel like you are out there on your own? Do you need connection? A mentor?

People who are new to ministry with children often feel overwhelmed with responsibilities, organization and the needs of children and families. We have gathered seasoned children’s ministers who possess expertise in particular areas to support you through those first steps in children’s ministry. Join us for a seven-part interactive distance learning series for new children’s ministers that will offer you the foundational pieces for visioning and organizing children’s ministry in your congregation and community, equipping you to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world!
