Cedar Grove and Sylvarena United Methodist churches, two small-membership churches, joined together to support a Honduran medical mission team.
The women of the churches made more than 600 diapers for the poverty stricken Honduran children. The churches also gave enough money to purchase a manually operated sewing machine for a young woman who lived in a village with no electricity. They also raised enough money to pay for surgery for a little boy who was born with only one ear. He received an artificial ear.
