Stories Yet Untold

2007 Clergy Leadership Conference
Feb. 5-7, Alta Woods UMC, Jackson
"Stories Yet Untold: Hearing, History, and Healing"

To paraphrase St. Francis, “It is in listening that we are heard.” What stories of our connections and disconnections as people of different races still need to be told? Can the telling, and the hearing, of those stories bring healing and new direction to the clergy and the church in Mississippi?

The annual winter continuing education event will focus on these questions.  Join the conversation with each other and guest speakers Alton Pollard III, Timothy Tyson (author of "Blood Done Sign My Name"), and Marilyn Thornton. Full information and online registration is  now available at Brochures will be mailed.
