UM Foundation finds home at last

Since its founding in 1967, the Mississippi United Methodist Foundation has sought a permanent home. Housed for many years in the Mississippi Conference headquarters building, the organization has been located in an office complex since 1992.

However, that changed on April 21 when the foundation dedicated its new offices on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland. The $1.9 million building features the latest in technology and can accommodate both large-group meetings and smaller groups.

Executive Director Jerry Mitchell has expressed his desire to see the building used by a variety of conference organizations for meetings.
