Charity Gordon serves as the Imagine No Malaria field coordinator for the Mississippi Conference this year while it is our missions focus. She is a clergy spouse in the Tupelo District, married to Brian Gordon, who serves at St. Andrews and St. Matthews United Methodist churches in Amory, Mississippi.
As a clergy spouse, Gordon has had opportunities to work many different kinds of jobs—from an English instructor at Itawamba Community College and the religion editor at the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal to the administrative assistant at Ellisville United Methodist Church and a school bus driver for the Pearl Public School District. However, as the coordinator for Imagine No Malaria she is thrilled to blend her background in communications with her missions heart.
Before she and Brian met, Charity lived for over a year in Central Asia as a community development worker/missionary. She is passionate about representing Imagine No Malaria and would love to speak to your church about how we can work together to save lives and share Christ’s love. Contact her at email@example.com or 662.825.0949.
