We preacher's kids are born into a way of life that involves regular movement, change, new churches, new c ommunities, new schools, and new friend groups. God has give n us a great gift by calling us and our families to step out on faith. But maybe you've watched your own children strugg le with the transitions inherent in the life to which God ha s called us.Under the leadership of Bishop Ward, the Mississ ippi Conference has decided that, given the life we share to gether, there ought to be more support for clergy families a nd particularly more opportunities for clergy children to fi nd and build relationships and community with one another. T o that end, the Conference is sponsoring a PK Retreat in 201 2 for preacher's kids ages 10-18.We are really excited about this and we've been working hard to plan an excellent retre at!
