2014 Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference Display Booth Information

May 6, 2014 is the deadline for applications and payment

The 2014 Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference offers conference-related agencies and organizations a place to showcase their ministries and services to the clergy, lay members and visitors who attend this three-day session.
Display booths at the 2014 Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference provide a space to showcase materials and discuss ministries and services one-on-one with interested individuals. Booth rentals include one 6’-long table that will be draped, two chairs and a printed sign. You will receive confirmation from Convention Display Services after we receive your application form and payment. This confirmation will include your specific set-up time, hours, take-down time and additional forms for other services you may wish to order through the Convention Display Services (electricity, etc).

Qualifications for Participation – the session’s committee will consider applications for display booth space from nonprofit organizations or agencies in connection with the annual conference. For-profit organizations will be considered only when (1) there is space available and (2) the company’s services and/or products are consistent with the goals of the annual conference and with the Social Principles of The United Methodist Church.

Staffing -- Exhibitors are expected be present in the display booth as follows:
15 minutes before the morning sessions begin
During the morning and afternoon breaks
15 minutes before the afternoon sessions begin

Please note: We will make every effort to provide a display booth in your chosen area. Space is limited and requests can fill up quickly. It is recommended that you reserve your display space as soon as possible. Tiered Rental fee:

Premium Main Lobby Display Space:

Regular Lobby Display Space (Lamar Street Entrance):

____ $110.00 (for profit)

Inside Exhibit Hall Display Space (Sound restrictions apply):

____ $110.00 (for profit)

Upstairs Food Court Display Table Only (This is designed for a “static display” area.):
