Church Revitalization Grant


Our mission is to assist the Mississippi Annual Conference in fulfilling its mission of  “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.”

To work together to lead and assist in the development of vital communities of faith by:
  • revitalization of existing churches
  • new church plants
“Transforming people, transforming churches and transforming communities for the transformation of the world”
The Parish and Community Development Ministries has been replaced with the Faith Community Formation committee, chaired by the Rev. Raigan Miskelly. 

Revitalization Grant Application and Report

The Church Revitalization Grant is to be used for "seed" money to begin or strengthen new ministries that will revitalize and bring new growth to the local church. Grants vary from $2,500 to $10,000. 

All information on this form and supporting documents should be typed. Please include the church/organizaiton name at the top of each page of the application and supporting documents. IMPORTANT: funding from the forming faith communities grant cannot be used to purchase land or re-model/renovate space.
